Dr. Pınar Oğuzhan Yildiz

She has completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Erzurum/Turkey. She graduated from Atatürk University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Fisheries, in 2002. In 2005, she completed her Master’s Degree Atatürk University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Fisheries, Turkey. In 2011, she completed her PhD at Atatürk University, Faculty of Fisheries. She worked from Atatürk University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Aquaculture, between 2002-2011. She worked from Ardahan University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Food Engineering between 2011-2019. She is working at Atatürk University, Faculty of Fisheries since 2019 with various scientific publications. She has several publications in the field of fisheries. She joined many international conferences in addition to scientific activities. She is member of the editorial board of several international scientific conferences and journals in the field of food and nutrition. Her areas of research include microbiology, fish and fish product, seafood, fisheries and seafood processing technologies.
