Prof. Levent SON
He was born on 11 November 1967 in Adana/Turkey. He received his primary education in the first Inonu primary school in 1978; He completed his secondary education at Hurriyet Secondary School in 1981. He graduated from Anafartalar High School, which she started in 1981, in 1984. After completing his high school education in 1984, he was entitled to enter the horticulture department of the Faculty of Agriculture at Cukurova University. He graduated as an agricultural engineer in 1990 and started her master's degree in Horticulture department in the same year. He has studied “Research on peach and nectarine varieties that would be suitable for the cukurova region in terms of yield, quality and earlyness” in master’s thesis. After completing his master's degree in 1994, in the same year he started his doctoral study titled "Yield, Quality, Carbohydrate and Nitrogen of summer, winter, summer and winter pruning applications in some apricot varieties growed in mut region". He started working as a lecturer at Mersin University in 1994; Associate professor in 1998; He was awarded the title of professor in 2012. He has more than 80 scientific publications in the field of fruit cultivation.
